Contract Cleaning

We offer a variety of services to assist facilities and office managers of all sizes and types of organisation with maintaining cleanliness at your premises. It is our belief that in contract cleaning, communication is the key to delivering a service which meets expectation...This begins with the quotation. We will request a site visit, and detailed discussion to ensure we capture all of the requirements. We organise staff, machinery, and consumables as required for a smooth start to any contract. We have a number of options of communication between PCS and Customer, which suits your working practices. These range from on site communications books, e-mail, and mobile numbers of roaming Area Supervisors. All of our staff wear uniforms identified by the PCS logo, and will carry ID badges as required.

Hard Floor Cleaning

We are capable of maintaining all types of hard flooring from marble and terrazzo to wooden floors. With our in house experts we will be able to advise and carry out the appropriate method of cleaning for your floor.

This may include:

  • machine scrubbing of non-slip floors
  • Strip and re-seal of stone and wooden floors
  • “cut back” and polish stone floors using Kleaver method
  • Re-hone and seal of stone floors using diamond discs
  • Regular buffing maintenance

Carpet Cleaning

We are pleased to announce we now offer three main types of carpet cleaning, wet extraction method, bonnet cleaning, and dry cleaning. Our expert consultants can advise on the most suitable method for your requirements.

  • Wet Extraction Method -Suitable for most carpets excluding wool and some ribbed. Approx 24hrs Requires for drying
  • Bonnet Cleaning -Suitable for carpet tiles and flotex. Quick to dry
  • Dry Cleaning - Powder.Necessary for wool carpets, Useful in busy areas where dryingtimes arenot available.Less than 2 hrs to dry.

Window Cleaning

We offer a complete window cleaning service, whereby we can arrange to have any window cleaned, using an array of methods. Our trained window cleaners can clean your windows in a timely fashion, and have them gleaming. Our team can use traditional squeegee methods from the ground, by abseil, or from a Cherry Picker.

Our vehicles are also equipped with complete Reach & Wash systems, which allows windows to be cleaned from the ground, up to 60ft (usually 5th floor), using a long Waterfed Pole. The system uses specially purified water, which aids the cleaning process. This method is now frequently required to comply with Health & Safety regulations which make working at height quite restrictive.

Deep Cleaning

We offer a Deep Cleaning service, which involves a thorough wash down to all areas, which may be required following building works, or just as an annual Spring Clean.

We also have trained teams to complete Deep Cleans with Sanitation. This is often highly important in Clinical areas of hospitals and surgeries. Our teams will clean and disinfect an area to a standard, which will pass microbiological plate testing.
