Recruitment

Pine Cleaning recognises the importance of recruiting the appropriate individuals for each contract. We aspire to find individuals who share our ethos and passion towards our work. Our HR department work hard to ensure all of our staff have the necessary paperwork to allow them to work in the UK, as required by the Home Office. Also, where required, our staff are CIB checked.

Training and safety education is fundamental to maintaining the high standards required of our employees. All new employees are given Health and Safety, fire and emergency procedures, and the handling, transportation and storage of equipment and materials. This initial training is the foundation on which our employees can develop their skills and technical knowledge through our comprehensive technical training programme. Technical training is mandatory for specialised cleaning equipment, with additional training in the use of a client's 'in house' equipment, if required.

Pine Cleaning are an Equal Opportunities employer. The aim of our Equal Opportunities policy is to ensure that no job applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which are not essential for carrying out the job, on the grounds of sex, colour, race, nationality or ethnic origin.
